This is a studio annex with shower room. None of this is shared; the annex is attached to the owners' home and is entered via French doors into 'lounge' area.
Very private with use of garden.
This is only available to contractors working e. g at HPC, Musgrove who expect to go home every weekend or at the end of shift patterns.
Fully equipped for one with all kitchen equipment e. g. slo-cooker, steamer, air fryer etc and incl. dishwasher.
It will be serviced (like a hotel) when you are away, i. e. cleaned and bed linen/towels changed.
All bills included and superfast Starlink satellite broadband.
There is plenty of driveway parking. Possible garage space for motorbike subject to discussion.
This is a peaceful rural spot, yet only 6 minutes from the HPC park and ride pick up at J25 of M5.
The previous tenant was HPC contractor who stayed for 12 months. He preferred to whizz upto J24 to pick up bus.
