Double Room, available to rent in lovely property with stunning views. I have 1 friendly dog. you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom during your stay. This is located just down the hall and not an en-suite. You will also have use of the garden, shared kitchen, shared lounge Happy to answer any questions, via the spare room platform

Car is needed for this location, there is off road parking. For short term lets I would consider a student who is studying in the area. or someone who has a short contract with their work in this area.

1 month rent payable up front and deposit of 800 to be paid.

This location is near Wells. The village has a Post Office/Shop and a Pub and is on a bus route. The bus stop is about 20 mins walk from my home. Plenty of beautiful walks around the village and surrounding areas. By car, this location is within 1 hour of Bath and Bristol.. 25 mins to Bristol Airport, 20 to 40 mins to Glastonbury, Street, Millfield, Weston Super Mare, 15 to 20 mins to Wells and Cheddar.
