I am in the process of selling the flat, therefore any prospective tenants must be willing to accommodate any viewings with a minimum 24hr notice period and ensure that the flat is clean, tidy and presentable for viewings. The rent has been priced to reflect this.

All bills (water, council tax, TV licence, broadband) except electricity will come included for an additional £200 per month. Electricity is managed on a pay as you go metre which tenants will be responsible for.
