Double room, single bed in garden flat (Females)

I live in and own the 2 bedroomed garden flat in Central Ward, Weston super Mare and am letting the back bedroom as a bedsit really. Room is self-contained with its own Smart TV wall-mounted. It is off the large kitchen diner and some space can be made for your food etc in it. Small fridge/freezer is in the room. Share bathroom. Extra payment (£50 pm) will be required during the winter months to contribute to the now not cheap energy bills (Oct - Mar).
I do not expect to share my living rooms with you but do need you to make friends with my friendly ginger cat! It is a quiet household and as I am recently retired am in a lot in between voluntary jobs etc.
House is in a Victorian terrace and flat recently upgraded and decorated. It is a warm flat and well ventilated. It is on the no 7 bus route, 10 minutes walk to train station and 5 minutes to the beach.
