Single Room in Bright and Modern Flatshare

Hi! My name is Heather, I’m 25 years old, and I’m a tattoo artist working in Bristol. I work Wed-Sat and commute by train. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing, going to the gym, seeing family, drawing, and spending time outdoors.

I recently just bought my flat in April and have been renovating it for the past 3 months. It’s now been freshened up and I’m ready to share the space with a flatmate.

I have been living in house shares for the past two years in Bristol so I’m used to living with people and enjoy having company around. I’m easy going and don’t mind going for a drink every now and again.

The flat is an 8 min walk to Worle train station, so is ideal for anyone commuting. There’s also a retail park on the other side of the building which has a Morrisons, Boots, Matalan, Costa, Dominoes and Subway. There’s a lake just a 1 min walk away as well as the beach, which is 5 mins away on the train.

I’m looking for someone between the age of 20-35, but the closer we are in age, the better. I’d like someone who is tidy, trustworthy, and easy going. I would prefer someone who can stay 6 months+ and then I’d just need 2 months notice if you decide to leave.

Bedroom includes single bed and mattress, bedside stool, chest of drawers, hanging shoe rack, desk, and chair. There’s also a parking space that comes with the flat which you’re welcome to use.

In the entry way cupboard I’ve made some space if you need to store extra shoes, jackets, bags etc. In the bathroom you get a shelf for shampoo, soap etc, a shelf underneath the sink, and space on the radiator to hang your towel. In the kitchen there’s some cupboards for food and utensils, and some shelves in the fridge/freezer.

Rent and bills are included in one fixed monthly price of £500. To move in I’d require the first month’s payment upfront as well as a deposit of £500.

If you have any questions then feel free to ask! Move in date can be flexible for the right person but obviously the sooner the better. I’m away at a festival until 8th July so will be taking viewings from the 12th onwards.
