Double room in chilled house on the hill

I have been living in communal house shares for 20 years in Brixton and have recently moved to Weston.
I am looking for an easy going human who cares about themselves and the way they live.
The house is lovely with art everywhere, and music often playing. I have developed a garden area to hang out in. My plan is to renovate it slowly.
The house is 20 Minutes from Train Station and 5 minutes from nearest shop.
Although unfurnished I can get whatever you might need.
