A double room in Weston super mare close to town, the sea, and shops available to rent from now.

No references needed although if you have them please do pass them on.

I have a lovely puppy called Bella. I occasionally smoke out the window indoors. Regularly ventilated and always cleaned , the flat comprises a large open plan kitchen / living room, entrance hall, bathroom with bath and shower and bedrooms.
Included in the rent is water and electric bills. Only wifi and gas need contribution to. This can be negotiated but won't be more than £50 for both a month on top.
In total this is £450 for rent and bills.
Payment can be made weekly or monthly but once decided it can't really be changed as it needs to be set in stone.
Long term lets, short term lets, mon-fri lets considered.
If you have a pet, this may also be considered.
£450 upfront payment required only then move in available.
In the room now is a large corner sofa and a two seater sofa so a bed needs to be bought. Probably a single as corner sofa can't be moved. I will remove the 2 seater though for a bed.
There is a integrated wardrobe in the room. This can be yours.
