Looking for a professional to rent a large furnished double room with dedicated bathroom and toilet (not ensuit). Room come with new wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawer, a new double bed with new mattress.
Shared use of lounge and kitchen with owner. All bill inclusive (gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax).
You will be living with a young professional female and her child. Female preferred but open to the right tenant. Non smokers and no pets pls due to allergies. May consider a Monday- Friday lodger as well.
