Double room near Weston Hospital

Furnished small double room 5 minutes walk from Weston Hospital.
Off street parking available and some storage space in the garage.
IMPORTANT: I have FOUR cats.
Shared use of lounge, I have a huge TV with Prime Video and happy to take turns give you privacy to have the lounge to yourself every other day.
I have a decent garden but the recent storm knocked down several fence panels so it's a bit chaotic out there at the moment.
I am a quiet, 40-sometjing professional female.
I do require a brief reference from your employer.
All bills including council tax (Band B) and broadband are included.
The picture of the room is temporary as I am waiting to have the glass wardrobe you see there taken away and the bed set up. There is a large wood wardrobe and a standing lamp included in the room as well as double bed. I am looking for a desk to fit in there and I have a chest of draws if needed.
I am happy to consider people staying part of the week at a cost of £30 per night but do need an employer reference.
