Room to rent in a brilliant new build home

Hiya, we are Steph & Rhys. We have a 4 bedroom detached home in Weston super Mare overlooking a park, 5 min drive to the motorway. There is a co-op just a short walk from the home should you need to pop out and Aldi, Greggs, Mc Donald’s etc all close by. Uber eats is our best friend ;)

We are preferably looking for someone who will be here mon - Friday or shift work that will return home to family on their off days so we can still have our time together however flexible & willing to compromise. We do have a garage so if you have a push bike you’d like to store, that’s possible.

The home has a kitchen diner with utility at the back, washing machine available to use. Plenty of cupboard space for your food etc too. We have a large garden, summer tan is possible!

The room itself is a large double bedroom, with a double bed, single wardrobe and cupboard for storage already provided. You will also have your own bathroom next to the room, not en-suite. It has a WC, sink, window, bath & shower over. As mentioned this is a new build so everything is bright airy & in good working order. We would expect our home to be respected for this reason, looked after and cleaned/maintained. This is our home.

We love to sit on the sofa & watch TV, you’ll often hear us cackling away, we are really big laughers - always a good vibe. We live with our two cute adorable fur babies. (This house does not smell of dog, we our house proud & groom him every 5 weeks and wash him every 2-3) Chester is a small 7.5kg cockapoochon he will melt your heart & Pebbles is a sassy tabby cat, she is indoor but keeps herself to herself, she doesn’t sit on laps, but I challenge you to win her over ;)

We are recently married, in our early 30’s, holiday often, huge sport fans & love rubbish reality TV! We don’t smoke, don’t drink heavy, Rhys has the odd Thatchers on an evening but were typically in bed by 9pm. We do love to socialise, games nights etc now and again. Steph works from home 3 days a week, so please bear that in mind, her space will need to be respected as well as making you aware someone is here often.
