Double size room in a 2-bed flat

The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat has everything else you could need.

This used to be a 3-bedroom property, but is now a 2-bed. This means there is now an empty room to be used as a shared living space/office etc. It is currently unfurnished but together we can discuss what we want to do with it.

All utility bills are included in the rent.

There is a cleaner who comes in every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

With permission from the landlord, rooms can be redecorated.

There is a shared shed/garage for extra storage.

Location- approx. 10 minute walk to Weston Rail station, 10-15mins walk to the town centre and beach.
