All tenants must be referenced before moving in .

i do look after different dogs at different times about 6 months per year ,individually but there small to medium well behaved dogs eg 2 are Cocker spaniels ,2 are chihuahuas 1 ,chitzu & 1 yorkshire terrier .

I will consider people working on housing benefit ,if it’s paid direct to landlady and you are prepared to pay 5 weeks in advance and a guarantor who are both referenced .
