Large Bay Room in Elegant Victorian Hillside Home

We have a spacious, light-filled bay room available in our detached Victorian hillside property for single occupancy only.

The house is set in a peaceful spot, quiet and private, yet only a ten minute walk into town.

We are two live-in owners and one other housemate (two females, one male). We’re private, respectful and enjoy a calm household. We’d love someone with a similar outlook. We also share our home with Tiger, our elderly and affectionate cat, so you’ll need to be a cat lover.

The room itself is gorgeous, furnished with a recently new bed and mattress, solid oak furniture, a three-seater leather sofa, and a cosy multi-fuel burner (logs and coal are not included, but we’ll show you how to use it and maintain it).

Communal areas include a snug next to the open plan kitchen, perfect for relaxing.

There is a downstairs shower room adjacent to the room or main bathroom upstairs.

We’re ideally looking for a professional, with a preference for those in blue light or care sector roles.
