Double room in Georgian flat with great sea views

A double room is available in my 2-bed flat, located near Prince Consort Gardens.
This is a bright top floor flat, I live part time at the property, so there will be times when you have it to yourself.
I’m looking for a lodger or potentially a couple.
The room is available now and is currently unfurnished. It is a converted Georgian building with high ceilings and a general sense of spaciousness
There is a kitchen, toilet, bathroom and shared lounge, which is where you get the great view.
Rent is partially inclusive of bills.
There is on road parking and driveway parking when I am away.
One of the things I love about this flat is that it has great views over the Bristol Channel at the rear of the property and trees at the front.
Personally, I feel as if I live in two overlapping worlds, one is that I work in a wide range of organisations where I appear ‘normal’ and the other world is one that is much more alternative. So, it’s important to me that as a live in landlord, we feel comfortable with each other, sharing values, having an inclusive household, perhaps occasional meals and being relaxed in each other’s company.
