Available for a professional single person for short term lets on a weekly basis.
The suite comprises bedroom, kitchen living room with walk in pantry and shower room with large shower. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large walk in larder for storage.
The house is in a quiet tree lined road about 5 minutes from the beach near Royal Sands, close to 2 bus stops with easy access to the hospital. Easy parking is available on road, plus use of electric car charger twice weekly can be available if required .
Fully furnished with Sage smart oven airfryer, double induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer dryer and smart TV. Large wardrobe with comfortable Rest Assured small double bed in bedroom.
All bills included and the WiFi is fibre. Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets as we have 2 cats.
