Light room in flat with dog

I have a light room available to rent along South Road in Weston-super-Mare, with partial views overlooking Weston.
The room is 5 meters by 2.7 and has a built in cupboard. The room can be locked by a key from both inside and out.
The room is furnished, but can be unfinished if you’d prefer.
The property itself is up a steep driveway, i regret to advise this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The property itself is ground floor but has 6 steps to it. Ramp access is not possible.
The flat interior, has a large 5x5 living room. A small galley kitchen, and a large bathroom with both bath & shower.
There is a small terrace with sea views overlooking Weston bay and beyond.
There is a resident dog, she’s very friendly and loves welcoming new people.
There is also a fortnightly cleaner.
There is parking available for a small car, and there is street parking too.
I work shifts, so can be up at 4am or home at 1am.
House rules; pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, no washing machine after 11 pm… I think that’s it.
I’m relatively easy to get on with, if you love dogs too, that would be great, willingness to let her out for the toilet or feed her when I’m at work is very helpful. I keep myself to myself and very often will not be at home as I have a partner too.
