Two rooms available, in a Ground floor apartment a 2 minute walk away from Weston-Super-Mare Centre.
The rooms are furnished and suitable for single persons. All bills, including broadband are covered by the rent.

Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly.

We are looking for working professionals, who are respectful of others and clean and tidy to share this apartment.
We ask for references from previous residence, as well as an employers reference.
