Lovely stone built Victorian furnished property with historic significance and 3m high ceilings and parquet flooring. Self contained one bed flat. Ground floor large bedroom plus additional rooms. Shared elevated sunny front courtyard garden(steps). Own entrance. Own lounge/kitchen (not shared but couldnt edit that bit) with new oven and hob. 2 seater sofa and furnishings. Large double bedroom with window seat, desk, wardrobe, cupboards, bedside table, double bed with lift up storage. Own spacious shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet and elegant counter top sink and washing machine. Range of storage cupboards and vanity counter. Wood panelling. There are double doors off the kitchen/lounge that lead to the rest of the property that is used by the live in landlady and has its own entrance separately at the rear of the property. There is no parking but the property is situated a short stroll to the WsM town centre and train station. On street parking is close by. It is on a bus route with bus stops close by for No.7, 20, U2, X1, X18. Please be aware that this would be available only under a lodger agreement and not a tenancy. Most utility bills and council tax B can be included subject to fair usage and includes Gas central heating. I am just arranging the broadband wifi and may also look for a cleaner. I am a live in landlady. I am in my twenties. I am a quiet, friendly, work from home female with one cheeky oriental cat. I like online gaming, pokemon and coffee. I dont drink, smoke or practice playing any musical instruments and not a party person, but I can enjoy a chat and a cup of coffee. I am looking for similar professional as a long term lodger (female preferred) that would be tidy and happy to tend the raised planter in the small front garden.
