Double Room with Half Bath Ensuite

Double room available in a ground floor flat close to the sea front. Sharing with 29yo working professional.

Flat has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory, and a large garden with a shed. Most of the flat is furnished minus the available room. Rented through an estate agent so you would need to pass their referencing checks. I am open to having cats but again would need to confirm with the agent, not likely to accept dogs unfortunately.

Would suit someone not WFH full time.

Bills are approx 200pm on top, this includes council tax, WiFi, water, energy, and a window cleaner 1x every 8 weeks.

A clean and tidy home is very important to me so must be important to you too. I like a calm home in the day/week, but more than happy to have friends round etc as long as there's no crazy noise. Partial to a glass of wine or two on the weekends so would suit someone comfortable with alcohol.
