I am a live-in landlady with a 17 year old son looking for a quiet and friendly individual to join us.
Details: Double room with open wardrobe, desk and chair, shelving, mirror and cabinet.
Shared spaces: kitchen/dining room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom, living room. Lovely garden to relax in when weather permits!
Would suit full time students or professionals working full time..
Conveniently located to RUH and 30+ minute walk into town or 10 minute bus journey. Close to the parade of shops including Tescos and the post office.
Our preference would be Monday to Friday lodging so the room could be used at the weekends for guests. However, we would consider 7 days a week for the right person.
Also, just to mention this room is single occupancy so unsuitable for overnight guests.
