Spacious Double Room

Hi! Looking for someone (preferably female) to move in from 1st June 2025.

The room is spacious with a double bed, and has a built in cupboard for extra storage (with a shelf & clothes rail). The desk & chair pictured, are not included with the room, but the landlord can arrange a desk to be added at your request. The rest of the furniture (bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and mirror) are included in the room.

This is a house with four others (all female), and we are all professionals. The house has two bathrooms, shared living room, kitchen and garden. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Location of the house is very near the hospital, about a 5-10 minute walk away.

We're a friendly bunch, but not a big party house.

Bill's usually come to around £100pcm.

Transport options: it's about a 40 minute walk into Bath city centre, but there are also bus options, with a bus stop a 3 minute walk from the house. It takes about 15-20 minutes on the bus to get into town.

Minimum stay has been noted as 6 months, but landlord prefers long-term tenants.
