A light, bright double room with en-suite shower. 20 walk into city centre through Victoria Park with good bus links & near the RUH hospital. We are a family with 2 older teenage boys. One at uni during term time & the other at college still living at home. We also have a lovely, friendly dog. We are looking for someone who is independent & happy to share with a family. We have a lovely garden which you are welcome to enjoy when weather allows. There is street parking available too if required. House is in a quiet cul de sac with lovely walks but also easy access to city centre.
