3rd room available in cosy 3 bed flat (BA1)

Hiya!
We’re two girls looking to put an offer in on a lovely 3-bed flat in Weston, Bath ASAP, and we’re hoping to find a third person to join us and take the remaining bedroom.

I’m Tierney, a PhD student, and Darcie works in software engineering (both 27). We’re aiming to secure the flat and move in around early/mid-March.

We’re both active, friendly, and easy-going, and we’re hoping to create a home that’s social and relaxed, while still being respectful of everyone’s space and downtime. It would be great to find someone like-minded who’s up for flat hangouts (dinners, pub trips, movie nights) but also values a downtime

The flat is furnished, has 2 bathrooms and a small patio out the back, and is situated in a quiet village area not far from Bath city centre- easily walkable or a short bus ride in.
