Description
A cozy room with beautiful views across to Beckford’s Tower and the hills surrounding Bath, only a short walk from the Hospital and local bus routes to the city centre.
Hi there, we are Jacob and Alex, current flatmates looking for a friendly and relaxed professional to rent out this newly available room in our flat. This room is up for an exceptional price for Bath and rented out by a lovely couple who live locally.
We would really love to meet someone who is light hearted and happy to socialise, clean and tidy, and just generally quite chill. We would love to have a female or LGBT+ flatmate, but are happy and open to consider other applicants if we feel they would work well.
We are both working professionals ranging 26 - 28 years old. We love board games, watching films, and socialising. It would also be great to have someone who shares our interests in spirituality, cooking, politics, world cultures, nature, and the arts.
We both work full time, so may not always get the opportunity to see or pass by each-other every day, but we would love someone who potentially shares a similar working schedule.
The room will include the bed frame that is currently in it, however, the wardrobe and mattress will be moving in to the other room currently occupied by the flat mate who is leaving, and so the room will be effectively unfinished.
The flat has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and is located on the top floor of a multi story georgian building.
The landlords are very kind and easy going, and always willing to help if needed.
Bills are not included in the rent price, however, some bills are a fixed monthly amount, whilst others vary month by month depending on the season. On average, the bills come to around £150 - 180 a month depending.
Local amenities include a Tesco Express and a Spar which are both extremely close by. Bath City Centre is around a 30 min walk away if cutting through Victoria park, or a 10 - 15 minute journey by bus. Oldfield Park is the closest station and can be walked to in around 20 - 25 minutes.
If you feel you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you! Please send us a message as a verified user, with a description about you, what you do, and your interests. Any messages without a personal description will sadly have to be ignored.
Thank you! 🙏🏻
