Furnished single room in a modern house in Wick St Lawrence, the house has full amenities, shared lounge & fully equipped kitchen. You will be sharing with three other working people who work varied hours so ideally looking for a working professional person who respects others and their privacy, and respecting the fact some people may be working nights.

As the bathroom, lounge and kitchen are shared it is expected that everyone cleans up after themselves as we do not employ a cleaner to clean up after everyone.

We are situated in a nice quiet Cul de-sac with ample of parking on the street.

All bills are included in the rental price including internet and Prime, Disney+ and others via TV's in the lounge and kitchen.
