Single room furnished with single storage bed, smart tv, chest of drawers, side table/shelving, laundry bag, wall mirror, shelving & black out blind. Bedding, sheets and towels available..

Living in the house is myself (landlady) & my little friendly dog - so MUST be dog friendly as it is his home too.. I also have a lodger in another spare room who's been here for a while now - he's friendly, respectful & easy to get along with..
Its a 3 bedroom house so at most would be 3 people living in the property.

The house has one bathroom which has toilet, sink, bath and over the bath shower, there is also a second toilet down stairs.. Lodger will have allocated storage space in bathroom..

Access to fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven & hob, washing machine & dishwasher.. Lodger will have allocated food storage space within the kitchen..
Breakfast bar & 4 stools..

Unlimited WiFi..

The garden space is all patio & fenced off..
Parking is street parking on a road which leads to a cul de sac.. Have a great relationship with all my neighbours who are friendly..

I do not allow smoking in the house.. Garden is fine but not in the house..
Strictly no drugs..

There is a Hinkley point park and ride (Washford Cross) 5 minutes drive from the house & a Hinkley bus stop (The Egremont) 5 minutes walk from the house (same bus).. Bus journey takes 45-50 minutes.. If you drive to Hinkley its a 20-25 minute drive..

Deposit of £250
Monthly payment of £500 (all bills included)

Ideal lodger would be a day worker who's animal friendly, clean, tidy & respectful..
