Double room in Wincanton

I'm looking for someone to join me in a large house in Wincanton. There is a double room available, shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. We have off street parking, with EV charging point, and a large garden.

At the moment, my daughter lives here too. But she is growing up fast and in the process of moving out.

I'm looking for someone who will do light housekeeping duties. That's the reason the rent is less than the normal market rate. If you like lots of housework, gardening or decorating it could be even lower. If you want a weekday only place we could discuss that.

All bills are included and there is WiFi, Netflix, washing machine, etc.
