Existing housemate is a professional male, working in the IT industry, I usually live between this house and other house in Surrey depending on my work schedule - i. e. access to London/Heathrow.
The first room is large with ensuite shower and hand basin, double bed and fully fitted wardrobes.
The second room, also double is slightly smaller with a double bed, hand basin and standing wardrobe.
There is a main shower room for all to use. Downstairs there is a good size kitchen, a large living and a dining room.
