Description
We have a lovely room with its own bathroom available here in Wincanton. We have done lots of work on our home and it's a clean, tidy and homely place to live.
We are a young professional couple (with a lovely doggy) 1x nurse and 1x teacher. We are spending increasingly less time in the house and are keen for someone or a couple to join us and be in the house.
The monthly cost is £700 for an individual or £800 for a couple (bills all included and all furnishings there!)
PLEASE NOTE: we are 1 hour drive from Bath so probably not suitable for university of Bath students. :(
We are keen to ensure the arrangement works for all and we are a great fit for each other, so we encourage you to drop in for a cuppa!
