Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my modern two-bedroom coach house in Wincanton.

The master bedroom comes furnished with a double ottoman bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers, and has its own private ensuite shower room. I’m also happy to provide additional hanging space if needed.

The house has a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, fast broadband, driveway parking and access to a shared garage with a tumble dryer and some storage space.

Due to work commitments and a busy lifestyle, I’m not at home as much as I used to be, so you’re likely to have the house to yourself fairly often. I’d love to find someone who will enjoy the whole home and treat it as their own.

A little about me - I’m 30, friendly, tidy and easy-going. I work full-time in a professional role and enjoy a calm, comfortable home. When I am around, I’m sociable but also respectful of people’s own space. I also have a friendly cockapoo who may occasionally visit.

The house is within walking distance of Wincanton town centre, Lidl, Morrisons, Co-op, cafés, a gym and local transport links.

I’m ideally looking for a clean, considerate professional. Couples may also be considered, although the rent would be higher to reflect the additional occupancy and included bills.

Unfortunately, no additional pets.

£625 per month, including bills.
