The room itself is large with plenty of storage space. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge area plus if needed we have a spare room where an office desk could be set up.
We are a chilled household and very friendly. We're looking for a single professional tenant who is clean, tidy and friendly. Looking for a non-smoker, a small pet may be considered.
We are close to the M5, a 10 minute walk to the train station, and an 8 minute walk to the Worle Bus Terminus. It is the perfect location for travelling around the South-West! We are a short walk to Sainsbury's and other local shops.
Electricity, gas, water, high-speed internet, TV licence and council tax are included in the rent.
