Double room to rent with own Bathroom

Looking for a responsible tenant to rent a spacious double room in my home.

The room is furnished with double bed and wardrobe and you will have access to your own bathroom.

A bit about me- I run my own business and work from home most of the time (in the study) but also go out for appointments. I also have one well-behaved dog but he does rule the house so good with dogs is a must. He is a 7kg Cavopoo (very small)
Outside of work I love walking and running. I play netball a few nights a week too. I enjoy relaxing at home too or going to the pub for a few drinks. This is not a party house but I do like friends coming over for dinner and happy for you to do that too.

The house has been renovated by myself and I do take care of it so would expect the same respect from a housemate. There is a really nice size south facing garden which is perfect for a bbq or sit and read a book.

The house is situated 0.5 km from Yatton Train Station which is ideal to get in and out of Bristol. There is also the airport bus from congresbury too. I do have a driveway too for a car if needed.

All bills are included in the rent.
