House itself is detached with well maintained front and rear gardens, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet, large living room and kitchen.

I am a live in landlord in my early 40s, working as a gardener in the local area.

No requirements on the type of person able to apply, so long as you are tidy, friendly and are comfortable around small dogs.
