Double Room To Rent

Double room to rent in a, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached house. The room will only be available to professionals, who work full time ( References will need to be provided of previous landlords and work) I am in the lettings industry myself for over 24 yrs now. The accommodation will have a bed and small wardrobe and draw space .
I am ideally looking for someone that will want to come through the week , ( Mon- Friday ) someone who has a contract with one of the big cooperation in and around the area.

The house has 2 bathrooms, so you will have use of the master bathroom.
There will be internet and all the bills will be included in the price of the rent.
In addition there will be a parking space directly outside the house that can be used.
The property is situated in a new development on the east side of Yeovil, close to local pubs and amenities. Easy access in to town.

I do have a dog , his name is Oscar he is a little 12 yr old Shih Tzu , very friendly and loves literally everyone. So if you do not like dogs then this may not be for you. The house is clean and tidy and will be to a good standard , i am a little house proud, but not a complete clean freak, I would want a deposit upfront of half the 1st months rent . I have over the past 7 yr Been a super host with Air BNB but this is not as busy as it use to be so I am hoping to find someone who wants to stay Monday to Friday .
Price can be negotiated slightly for this reason.
