Under the large window there is a radiator and the window's have voiles for your privacy.
Bathroom next to your room with shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. This bathroom isn't exclusively yours but you will be the main user.
Own use of fridge, microwave, kettle and a cupboard in the utility room.
Our house is on the outskirts of Yeovil in a quiet area. 10 mins from Leonardo Helicopters/Screwfix HQ. Private drive with parking for one car/bike. This is a family house with large gardens and looking for someone who can fit in. We have a small friendly family pet dog which doesn't moult so she is classed as hypoallergenic.
