All residents are male and working.

The single room that is available is furnished and in excellent decorative order.
It has its own sink/washing facility in the room.


The shared bathroom is on the ground floor with a large walk in shower cabin and theres a second toilet on the first floor.

Two full size large fridge/freezer’s with plenty of space.


The house is cleaned by a Professional cleaner twice a week (shared communal areas only).
