Looking for Housemates in Yeovil Centre

Looking to rent out a couple of rooms in my house situated in the centre of Yeovil Town. Benefits from being in the centre of town with shops nearby, cinema, restaurants, gyms and ninesprings country park 5 minutes away. The rooms are of a good size, the house is well sized with back garden and has all amenities.

I've had interest in them already but I'm reaching out on here for friends I know and trust, or friends of friends I'll get along with. It would be good if you are into creative things like music, art and other such stuff. Ideally Aged between 20-40 professionals that enjoy a good time but also know how to chill. No heavy drinkers or heavy drugs please.

Rent with be around £400 pm plus bills.
