Double rooms in spacious home

The rooms are in a spacious home; ample parking, large kitchen and garden.

I am after a clean and respectful lodger who will hopefully respect my home and treat as either their place of residence or ’home from home’. Monday -Friday lets also considered at reduced rates.

I have been renting out my spare room for over 5 years now, with the last person being with myself for over 2 years. So I am very used to the whole situation.


The house is also shared at weekends with my partners beagle, so an animal lover would be best!

ROOM 01: king size bed with memory foam mattress and large built in wardrobe
