Walking distance from YDH & Leonardo's

I have a large double room going spare in a spacious 1st floor flat. Located in Yeovil town centre and within walking distance from Yeovil District Hospital and Leonardo's as well as many other businesses.

The room has a double bed with all bedding and sheets provided, unless you would prefer to bring your own. It has a built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves - if more storage is required, such as a desk or chest of drawers, I can provide these or please bring your own. The room also has a smart TV.

Shared facilities include an open-plan kitchen and living room with access to fridge, freezer, all crockery, cutlery etc, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Shared bathroom with shower over the bath.

All bills and WiFi included.

Access to the building is secure and my flat is located on the first floor up one flight of stairs. There is no lift.

Parking - there is an unofficial parking space in front of the building, however, I cannot guarantee it will be available at all times. If you only require parking outside of office hours, there is a small car park a couple of minutes down the road which is free of charge over night.

I am ideally looking for a professional person who would need accommodation between Monday and Friday. I work locally, however, I am currently working from home so would be in the flat a lot, but I have family and friends in the area so not always around.

I have a very calm female French bulldog so being OK with dogs is a must, although she will leave you to it if you don't want to fuss.

No-smoking.

Happy to provide viewings, and can do so virtually and can answer any questions and would have questions to ask before giving the room to anyone.
