This bedroom has a shared bathroom with one other room, it comprises of a , large walk-in shower , toilet, hand basin and heated/light mirror with shaver point.

The communal areas of the house have also been refurbished to a very high standard, including a Flat Screen T. V. This area has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with utility area and w. c.
