Shop and bus stop within 100 yards of the house with regular busses to town and around Yeovil, plenty of parking Infront of the house or can park at the rear of the house off road if required.
All bills included with fibre broadband in the house, room price also reflects the continual increase in all household bills .
Room can be furnished or unfurnished to suit.
Garden access, smart TV in living room which is often unoccupied, kitchen has plenty of appliances.
About me; im 30, I like to get out and about and also travel, house will be unoccupied at times leaving you your own space, but I am also happy to be sociable if I'm home. Also residing in the property are my two fur babies, two indoor Ragdoll cats, these are very friendly and love company therefore my home would only be suited to someone that likes cats and can deal with a little cat hair (although i do try my up most to remove as much hair as i can from around the house). I would be happy to consider Mon-Fri lets and price would of course be adjusted to reflect the length of stay required.
Would be suited to a particularly clean, tidy, mature and professional tenant. It's important to note this is my home and it's important for me find the right person to share my home with, I would prefer a tennant that is sociable and friendly as I don't want feel uncomfortable in my own home. I would like for you to feel at home also, this is a nice, quiet household with just me and the cats, unlike alot of other properties where there are 4+ other tenants, as I say I am happy to be friendly and sociable and spend time cooking or chatting with eachother or understand the need and want for our own personal space at times ☺️
