Garden access, smart TV in living room which is often unoccupied, kitchen has plenty of appliances.
About me; im 28, currently working evenings, nights and weekends, when im not working i can either be at home or I do like to get out and about and also travel . Also residing in the property are my two fur babies, two indoor Ragdoll cats, these are very friendly and love company therefore my home would only be suited to someone that likes cats and can deal with a little cat hair (although i do try my up most to remove as much hair as i can from around the house). I would be happy to consider Mon-Fri lets and price would of course be adjusted to reflect the length of stay required.
Would be suited to a particularly clean, mature and professional tenant. It's important to note this is my home and it's important for me find the right person to share my home with, I would prefer a tennant that is sociable and friendly as I don't want feel uncomfortable in my own home.
