Self contained en suite rooms in period house

The accommodation is very spacious and comprises the top floor of a large period house. It has a large bedroom, sitting room/kitchenette and large bathroom with shower. I'm away with my work a lot a require a self sufficient honest and reliable person. My previous housemates have stayed for quite long periods of time of 5+years. My current tenant is moving as he is buying his own property.

The accommodation is for single occupancy though occasional guests very welcome and preferably someone who does not work primarily from home.

There is no attached parking although this is not generally a problem outside. There is a large garden at the rear. I'm happy to have a preliminary chat with you if interested.
