Double size room in Yeovil with parking!
Room is for single occupancy only.
Clean, quiet and friendly house, ideally located near Pen Mill train station. This is a house with five rooms, each rented out on individual assured Shorthold contracts.
The room available is furnished with its own wash basin and would ideally suit a single male.
The main bathroom is shared and has the benefit of a large walk in shower cabin. The house has two toilets.
There is no lounge, but has adequate kitchen and dining area. TWO fridge/freezer’s, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle are available for residents use.
A professional cleaner cleans the shared areas of the house twice a week.
Private off road parking is also available if required.
The house is a five minute walk to Pen Mill train station and hotel.
