Double Room

Double room on ground floor with off road parking if required.
Room is for single occupancy only.
The house is a licensed HMO with a total of five occupants, currently all male, aged between 30 and 45 and all working.
Each occupant is on an individual tenancy agreement.

There is a house manager who oversees the weekly cleaning in the communal areas and any maintenance issues that arise.
As this is a regulated HMO, there is also fire safety regulations, no smoking inside the house.
Each tenant is responsible for help g with rubbish and recycling and this is arranged on a weekly rota basis.

The facilities have a shared kitchen dining area. A shared large bathroom on ground floor and another toilet on the first floor. All rooms have built in wash basins.

There is a cleaner once a week for the shared areas of the house. Individuals are responsible for keeping their own rooms clean.

There is no lounge area only a shared kitchen and dining area with TWO large fridge/freezer’s, large washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle for residents use.
Private off road parking is available if required.
The house is a five minute walk to Pen Mill train station and hotel.
