Room available, currently furnished with a single bed but can fit a double. Light and quiet room, at the back of the house. The bathroom is shared with one other.
Easy walking distance to the town centre and Westlands (both less than 10 minutes) and the hospital about a 15 minute walk.
This is a house share with myself, my partner and our children, 2 daughters, age 13 & 15 and a baby, 2 cats and 2 labradors. We also already have one lodger, a lovely young lady!
Generally we are all reasonably well behaved, clean, tidy and friendly!
Couples would be charged £150 a week
