Downstairs there is fully fitted Kitchen, dinning table, clothes horse, and washing machine. Lots of Room for everyone to use. Large garden to the rear, parking on road outside the house. Single person only.
Please note that rent increased by £25 per month October - March to cover heating costs. The current residence are very clean, tidy and friendly.
