Female Only - Small Double Furnished

Shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Home from home 🏡 so welcome 🤗

Currently undergoing lots of little jobs in the house 🔧👷 🔨

Both bedrooms are new and completely renovated they have new windows, newly plastered and painted walls. Also new skirting boards, carpets and doors.

Larger Double 🛏️ (Photos 4-7)
Furnished double room including bed with 2x build in cupboards and drawers included in the room. (Unfortunately all must stay, as have no storage). Still plenty of space if you bring a chest of drawers or desk including chair.

Smaller Double 🛏️ (Photos 1-3)
Small double bed included (divan). Tallboy chest, bedside cabinet and small wardrobe.

House rules 📑
there isn’t any… Just be a adult and clean up after yourself 🧽 If you can eat your meals at the table we will get along well 🍽️

👁️ 📝 On viewing I will show you the contract and T&C’s for the room.

15 min walk to Yeovil Hospital
14 min walk to Town Center
12 min walk to Yeovil train station (Pen Mill)
7 min walk to Bus Station
