A nicely sized double room available to rent.
We are looking for a suitable person to rent a room in our house. It has access to a shared bathroom, with shower over the bath, and comes fully furnished with chest of drawers, cupboard, double bed, dressing table, television, and laundry basket.

We do have a friendly dog called Ferdi and he is a Weimaraner.

Option for a Mon-Fri let for a reduced cost of £500pm.

One if us works as a teacher Monday to Friday, and one of us works from home also Monday to Friday. We are considerate and friendly as housemates, but we do enjoy our own space as a couple as well.

You will have access to a well equipped kitchen and access to fridge and freezer space.

All bills including council tax and broadband are included in the advertised price.

Rent required in advance plus a security deposit which is returnable on exit. References required.

10 minute walk to Pen Mill train station.
