Calm, simple house with garden and parking.

Hi, I am looking for a kind, alternative, dog loving human to share my home with myself and my 10 year old dog.
My aim is to bring some nice energy into the house and help towards the bills.

The house is a 2 bedroom with the hallway leading into the living room past an under stair cupboard.

Another dog would be very welcome if the pooches get on and I am open to other pets but the space is limited ☺️ unfortunately no cats.

I have spent the last 5 years doing van life and travelling the UK and even though I want to put down roots I am hoping to work part time and still get away in the van regularly. Work life balance is so important for me. I would describe myself as plant based with some hippie ideals. I like to explore and keep life varied but still enjoy the simple things.

The house is light, airy and simple and alot of the furniture is reclaimed/refurbished.

The garden is also simple and small but I will be creating a nice space with a medicine/herb garden and a pond over the summer. The garden is a sun trap in the summer.

I like to keep the space minimal and I don't have alot of my own things.

There is a choice of 2 bedrooms. One is a small double/single with built in wardrobe, airing cupboard and the bed will have under bed storage.

The room gets the morning sun.

The other bedroom is a larger room, with a floor level Japanese style bed frame and double mattress. Has a dressing rail/wardrobe, rustic pine chest of draws and hanging plants can stay if wanted.
The room gets the afternoon/evening sun and can catch nice sunset views.

Open to questions and flexible work furniture.

Smart TV in the living room.
Fridge freezer, a fair amount of storage space and the loft is boarded out if required.
Microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, airer, rotary washing line.

Open to sharing all kitchen equipment.

Bathroom with bath and shower with good pressure.

One drive way with 2 parking spaces behind one another but plenty of on road parking.
