Room to rent in house

CENTRAL YEOVIL near hospital and town centre. Room in nice starred house with garden. You can use the main areas of the whole house. The house is peaceful and clean- we want to keep that way. As there is a women already living there we prefer a women lodger but you can still apply as a men.

The house has four room and we only rent out three out most the time, occasional use the other for staff who work short term for a christian charity.

It is situated very close (7 mins walking) from the hospital and 10mins from town centre. Parking on street near house or directly outside

£560 a calendar month

The kitchen is fully fitted out with large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, washing machine and micro wave.. A shared low maintenance garden for use by tenants on a sunny day.

it is calm and quiet house, but friends are welcome. But no partners staying overnight in your room. Sorry but we don't house full extra people.

Broadband is included. Electric, gas, council tax included as long do not exceed 60 a week (it never has so far with solar panels.)

Professional working person

Family and friends visit can visit as there is a space room for guests- (arrange with others in house. No girlfriends and boyfriend over night in your room.
