Room 4 - a large double, with en-suite shower room on the first floor. Fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk & chair and a bedside table. £185 per week / £800 per month, available from Monday 17th November.

All the fixtures, fittings, furniture and appliances are fairly new. The kitchen has been equipped with all the mod cons you would expect - a large range cooker, a double oven, integrated microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The communal areas have a smart living room with Freeview TV and there is a large garden at the back of the house - outdoor furniture and BBQ are also provided.

The house is located on a quiet residential road just on the edge of Yeovil town centre - 3 minutes walk to the hospital, 3 minutes walk to a large Tesco, 10 minutes walk to Leonardo and a five-minute walk into the town centre. The main A303 route can also be accessed within 10 minutes drive.
